1/2 cup soft margarine
1/2 cup oil
1 3/4 cups white sugar
2 eggs beaten
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups shredded zucchini with skins
1/2 cup sour milk (1 cup milk + 1 TBSP vinegar)
2 1/2 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
4 Tbsp cocoa
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup chocolate chips
Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add beaten eggs, vanilla, sour milk, and beat. Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture. Stir in Zucchini. Spread into greased and floured 9 x 13 cake pan. Sprinkle with Chocolate chips and nuts. Bake at 325'F for 40-50 minutes.
