Broccoli Casserole

YUM!

2 lbs fresh broccoli florets, without stems
2 Tbsp Margarine
1/2 tsp Garlic powder, or to taste
1/4 tsp Seasoned salt, or to taste
1/4 tsp Black pepper, or to taste
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar Cheese

Steam broccoli for 10 minutes or until fork tender. Remove the steaming rack and return the broccoli to the saucepan. Add the margarine; stir until coated. Add garlic powder, seasoned salt, pepper, stirring gently. Preheat the oven to 350'C. Grease a 9 x 9 baking dish.

Place the broccoli in the prepared dish. Add the sour cream over the top in dollops. Pour bread crumbs over top. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over everything, spreading evenly. Bake 20 minutes.
