Creamy Rice Pudding

1/2 cup white rice) Combine in the rice cooker until Done.
2 cups water )

Now add the following to the cooked rice, in the Rice Cooker.

2 cups coconut milk 1/2 cup of white sugar or Xytol sugar
3/4 cups Raisin 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cinnamon 1/2 tsp. salt

Turn on the Rice Cooker again for the second time. Stir often ( every 10 mins) Let this set for about 5 min. stir, eat warm. makes about 2 cups. This has a wonderful coconut flavor.
