This marinade rocks chicken and pork...gives an asian twist.
1/2 cup Water
1/3 cup Soy sauce
1/4 cup Cooking oil
3 TBSP Lemon and Pepper seasoning (or less to taste)
2 Garlic cloves, minced
6 pieces of pork or chicken (not both together of course) If you are using the boneless chicken thighs you can marinate about a dozen with this amount.
Combine all ingredients in a large ziploc bag and add the meat or chicken. Marinate for at least 45 minutes (I like starting the marinade in the morning and then BBQ'ing for supper). Cook on greased grill over medium heat for about 25 minutes total time. Turn and baste often during cooking.
