The Big Cook

Gathering up the will to do one of those big cooking days that makes 50 freezer meals. Eegad! It's the dirty dishes that scare me more than anything.

The cold weather has me back in the kitchen and we've had a week of creative meals. Chicken Parmesan, Ginger Beef, Basa with lemon sauce, Orange ginger chicken with sticky rice, souvlaki pita's. I'm currently on the lookout for some tried and tested frozen meal websites. Till then I thought I'd share a recipe that we really enjoyed a few Sunday's ago...

Also plan on rolling up my sleeves and making a bunch of homemade apple pies this week and er...all SIL's keep sharing those recipes!!! Girls gotta eat!
