2 cups sugar
1 cup butter
3/4 cup cocoa powder
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup flour
Put cocoa into a large glass bowl with butter.  Microwave until butter is melted, usually around 1 1/2 minutes (this can also be done on the stovetop).  Stir well.  Add the sugar and stir with a spoon until well mixed.  Stir in the eggs and vanilla.  Mix well.  Do not use electric mixer.  Add the flour.  Stir until moistened.  Spread into a 13'x9' pan.  Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.  Cool and frost as desired.
