Swiss Crock Pot Chicken

Here's what's for dinner tonight. Nabbed this one from Sherelle's Recipe page...sounded yummy!

4-6 skinless boneless chicken breasts
6 slices swiss cheese
1-2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup melted margarine/butter
1 pkg stove top stuffing (chicken)
Salt & Pepper to taste

  1. Place chicken breasts into slow cooker. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Layer swiss cheese over chicken
  3. Mix soup, broth and milk. Pour over chicken.
  4. Sprinkle stuffing on top.
  5. Pour melted butter over stuffing.
  6. Cook on low 5 - 7 hours.

I made this it was good..although my crock pot cooks too fast so next time I will have to start it later. Also use low sodium chick broth. found it too salty and I didn't add any salt. It was all from the broth. But the rest of the flavours were YUMMY!!!! worth another try to get it right.
